I have a price list with varying percentage profits according to amounts
purchased. I have a set 10p/ltr increase to me and want to make a 10p
increase in every row. How can I get this +10p to repeat down the list

If you loking for increase all prices in 10%

type 1.1 in one cell, copy it select the price range right click past
special select value and multiply

A way to do this and give yourself the option of still using Goal Seek and
other tools is to put 110% in a cell with the cell left of it labeled
increase. Then in the first cell that you want to increase, multiply the
results of the current formula by the cell containing 110% and hit the F4 key
on your keyboard to make the reference absolute (ie. $B$10). After doing
that to the first cell, fill that formula down through the range and you are
done. Cool thing about this method is that if you want to change to 105%,
just select that cell, type 105 and hit enter.

If not percentage but straight addition of 10p just nter 10 in a cell.

Copy then select the range to change and Paste Specia>Add>OK>Esc
