How can I add a keyclick sound in XP?

I've looked at shareware/freeware, tried Audible Keyboard built-in to XP
(which produces just the sound I want but only when you use it, not when
typing on the normal keyboard)..

Does anyone know how to do this? My laptop keyboard is too quiet and I can't
always tell whether a key has registered, a keyclick sound would really
help.

Thanks

Tim

Check the manufacturers website of your laptop for info or contact
them thru their 800 number for assistance. Remember keyboard
clicks are the easiest way for a hacker to access your PC for malware,
spyware and the dreaded virus.

Hello.
Go into control panel, and click on sounds, speech and audio devices. Click
on change sound scheme
and scroll down the list of sound events and select "Start navigation" under
Windows Explorer.
Choose the "Windows XP start.wav" file in the drop down menu and click ok.
Now your "click" sound
should be back.
Good luck :)
