In our office we tend to get high levels of email that everyone needs access
to, not only the recipient. So far we have been making files for each one
with a brief description of the message content and saving that file on our
network "P" drive. Creating these files takes up way to much of our time...
so, what we need is a means to manage our messages outsitde of outlook. The
only way that I can think of is to copy all the files back into Outlook and
use the search command. A bit archaic and risky.
