How Accessible is Microsoft Access?
Why Access may or may not be the right choice for new users?
How Access can be improved to help new users?
What the new users will benefit after knowing about access, like how
accessible it is,why this may or may not be the right choice, and also how
this software is being used

These are homework questions. There's no doubt when a new user asks "How can
Access be improved to help new users?" which implies that the person asking
the question knows Access well enough to decide that it needs improvement.

We aren't going to do your homework for you. Study the material you were
given in class and you'll find the answers to all of these questions and much
more.

These are not a homework question s ,these are research questions which Iam
doing for my research project by getting survey from different peoples as I
don't have any that much idea. You made me so upset by your response.

I am really upset with you

Well I just needed different thoughts about these questions from different
peoples for my survey.

Then perhaps you should have said so. Chris made the same (IMO very
reasonable) mistake that I did; he posted, I didn't - but was thinking of
doing so.

Reema,

We remember your earlier asking similar vague questions. We remember your
claiming that it wasn't homework, but admitting it was classwork or
coursework, which are just different names for the same thing. Surveys ask
specific questions. Your questions are vague, general, and open-ended --
they are "essay questions", not "survey questions".

We are beginning to get upset with you, but not "really upset", yet. But,
you are making some progress toward getting us _really_ upset.

One more time: go read the FAQ at http://www.mvps.org/access/netiquette.htm
to see the consensus position on homework assistance. We will help people
over specific (that's a very precise word, "specific") stumbling blocks.

I think, before you start using any database software you should read
some theory about databases. You should read about relationship
between tables (1-1), (1-N), (N-M) and only after you understand the
theory, try to build something with access software.
Good luck

Access is a bad database

you should only use Access Data Projects

FILE, NEW, Project (existing data)
