When use 'mail merge' multiple addressees show up at mail merge setup, but
only prints (1) envelope with address.
Is there a good url for Outlook mail merge (envelope printing) directions ?
Have looked at some referred to by this forum, but so far all are for email
instead of USPS mail.

Please use Mail Merge from Word to do this. That is what it was designed
for. Outlook is for e-mail.

Thank you for the reply.
Tried it that way also, and didnt have any more luck.
Will try some more.
Maybe there is a good site with detailed instructions for the Word envelope
printing mail merge process ?

Ps:
Get to part in Word where asks for data source... where to find Outlook .odc
file, and/or how to change Outlook contacts data to .odc file ?

Thanks to all !

There are better sites maintained by the Word MVP's such as:

http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm
and Word's mail merge group should get you all the help you need.

are this

There are additional ones following those with more pointers.
