How 2 pre-install Win Defender?

I want to pre-install Windows Defender before distributing my image, but it
won't install without activating Windows. Is there another method for
pre-installing Windows Defender or is there a way to Activate Windows,
install defender then de-activate it?

When Sysprep reseals the image does it de-activate Windows?

You shouldn't include BETA software as part of a distributed install.
Just sounds like a BAD idea.

I agree, but I have my own reasons for doing so, so if you can answer the
question asked I would be most grateful.
