hover buttons now don't show up in MSIE 6

I just bought a new computer with MSIE 6 and Windows XP
and now when I go to my web sites that were created with
FrontPage 2000, I can't see the hover buttons in the
navigation bars...just an empty place holder.

Like this website: www.apbweb.com

I still see them on my other computer that has MSIE
5.5...why can't I see them in MSIE 6

Any ideas?
