Hover Buttons and Target Frames

If one has a series of hover buttons within a frame and
the button is linked to another page or web site, Is is
possible to target this to a frame on your web site
 
Yes, add the target parameter. I would recommend that you drop the Java
Applet Hover in favor of mouse overs. The Java Applet Hover is depreciated
in FP 2003 and some version of Windows do not support it without additional
downloads.
