"hourglass" type of alarm?

I'm looking for a little program that I can set to "play a sound" every
hour - kinda like an alarm or old fashioned hourglass

I need the reminder to get up and stretch :-)

This is something I haven't seen here yet. This clock is too good!
I've been using it for years with a skin I made for it. It checks the
atomic clock servers, chimes, and acts as an alarm clock with the
ability to go off on certain days of the week. You can choose the sound
to wake up with and set it so it alarms indefinitely.

can it be set to go off hourly?
 
I'd highly recommend trying out Kirby Alarm, my current favorite. It
can do hourly and recurring alarms, using it's own audio files, or your
own MP3/WAV and possibly other audio formats.
