Hello
I have a user form – one of the text box in this user form is multiline.-
employee will type in an address – 4 to 5 lines When I test the form and
the information is transferred to the actual form the box that has the
address is correct. However , in another part of the form I have to enter
that address again so, Here are my steps - Insert – Field – Ref – bookmark
Name - TEXT79

When I update this field all I get the the last line of the address
example, Phildalphia PA 19210 . All the address lines above Phildalphia PA
19210 are missing

The entire address is correct on the first page. How do I correct this?
Thanks

WL:

I did this simple test. I created a bookmark around a multiple-line address
that I typed into a document. I inserted a cross-reference to that bookmark,
using the bookmark text. It appeared correctly (all lines present).

Use Insert > Bookmark > GoTo to verify that you do, indeed, have all lines
of the address inside the bookmark.

I'm going to assume you're putting the x-ref in some location where it can
be displayed in its entirety -- if not, test that it appears correctly if
placed in a plain old body text paragraph.
