HotSync PalmV to Entourage 2004 for Mac-Error:Microsoft Component

I am trying to get a PalmV to sync properly to entourage 2004 for MACINTOSH,
but when try to install the Handheld Sync Installer-I recieve an error
message: Microsoft Component Plugin not found. How do I resolve this? or
find/fix the plugin? Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac Student & teacher was
recently installed with the full installation.

Try a group for Macintosh office/entourage or Palm support.
