Hotmail to Outlook

Can anyone advise me if there is a way to setup a hotmail
account so messages are delivered to Outlook (not OE).
My operating system is Microsoft 2002.

There is no such operating system as "Microsoft 2002". The operating system
must be Windows 3.1, Windows 3.11, Windows for Workgroups 3.1, Windows 95,
Windows 98, WIndows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows 2003. Perhaps
you mean you're using Outlook 2002, from the Office XP suite. Office is not
an operating system.
