hotmail to outlook when hotmail offline

How do I get my e-mail fromhotmail? Every time I try to get it, the answer
is hotmail offline. How do I correct this?
 
You can do nothing to correct it except to sacrifice some chickens, do a
hinckey dance, and chant. When Hotmail decides to come back online, you can
check for your mail then.
