Hotmail Emails freezing

Does anyone have this problem? I open an email and then everything
freezes... The only way to get out is to end task in the task manager !!!
Please help, I don't know why but it is only on my laptop and not at work or
at friends homes????
 
Windows Mail does not accommodate Hotmail accounts, so it isn't
clear to me just what program you are using. If you are talking about
Windows Mail, it needs to be upgraded to the newer Windows Live Mail
in order to use Hotmail accounts:
