I have about 30 hotkeys in my add/remove. I have not made any! Where did
they come from & can I just remove them without any ill effect? Thankx for
any info.

You can remove the entries, but DO NOT UNINSTALL them! They are updates
for system operations and security. If the entries bother you, you can delete
them. Yes, they are created by YOU! If you have Windows Updater active,
they will install automatically. To change your settings, go to:
Start>Control
Panel>Automatic Updates. There you'll have choice of how you want them to
be installed. If you have installed SP2, forget it, leave them alone.
