just want to ask why my computer is running slow after the the update has
been unstalled by hotfix. I want to remove it. Does it affect the other
programs?

You just said, "I added this thingy - it made things go weird - I want to
remove this thingy - what all does this thingy affect?"

In short - we have no idea what hotfix/patch was
applied/installed/uninstalled or whatever.
Can you be a tad more specific about what got you into the state you are in?

I got this thing I put on my car and now it doesn't go as fast anymore. Why
doesn't it go as fast? ? If I take it off my car, will it make anything else
on the car stop working?

or

My doctor give me some pills to take, and they make me feel bad. Why do they
make me feel bad? If I stop taking them, will it make me get sick?
