Hotfix Problem with The Sims Superstar

HI
i was installing The Sims Superstar and got this message:

Attention Windows XP users. Since you have Windows XP
hotfix 328310, please install Windows XP hotfix 329623
before installing The Sims Superstar.

But i cant find the hotfix to install it????
help please !!!
