Hotfix 890047 and Explorer Icons

I have a user that has installed hotfix 890047 and after rebooting, he can no
longer move icons around within the right pane of the Explorer window. This
includxes Control Panel, Printers, and My Network Places. After uninstalling
890047, it works normally again. I can't duplicate this problem with any
other PC or server. Anyone seen this problem????

I posted this, and am replying to my own port to explain what we found to fix
the problem. If you open any of the Explorer windows mentioned in my
original post (Control Panel, Printers, etc), and select Tools | Folder
Options, then click on the 'Restore Defaults' button on the bottom of the
General tab, that fixed this problem for us. Also, once we clicked 'Restore
Defaults' , any future uninstall/reinstalls of the 890047 hotfix did not lock
the icons anymore. We were not able to duplicate this on Windows XP or any
server OS.
