hotfix 318942

Hi,

I'm running Ab Initio on Windows Server 2000 and have been given hotfix
318942 to download to solve a problem due to the windows desktop heap
settings being too low but the fix is not available. I have tried several
searches but found nothing. Does this mean it is no longer available or is
the number incorrect?

I could find nothing about 318942. That may mean nothing but all I can find about a hotfix for "desktop
heap" is this:

I have been supplied a URL for the requested hot fix by Ab Initio support.
I have downloaded this from the Microsoft site but the zip file is password
protected. Please can anyone supply the password?

The information I was supplied by Ab Initio is:

You need to do it right. If that hotfix has a KB article you can call Microsoft and get it free by referring to
that KB article. The password on those files one of which you have, will take you about 500,000 years to
crack. Maybe ask the person who sent you the link for the password.
