Hot to block MSN Messenger with a firewall

Hello,
I have a network with a Cisco Pix 501 firewall.
I need to block msn messenger but the only thing that i found working is to
block some ports included port 80 (and i can't).
Is there a complete list of ip addresses that messenger uses so that i could
block them?
Any help would be appreciated.
