Hot Keys

I have a computer, with a keyboard that includes "hot keys"
You know, you press a single key and whatever program it is, opens up.
what i want to do, is change it so that when I press
"media select"/"previous track"/"next track" or "play/pause"
it affects winamp instead of windows media player. is there a way to do that?

Look in Control Panel for an applet that will let you control what
these keys do.
