I would like to host my own web page but I do not have a static IP.
Here is my info, links are like us, they die. If any of these links are
dead or are no longer freeware, at least you have the name of the
program which you put into a search engine like Google & maybe you can
let me know the latest info.
I am not recommending anything, my list gives you a starting point to
find something to suit your operating system ( most people do not even
mention it ) & skill level. What will work on my computer, may not be
happy on yours. What I can understand, re how to install & run, may not
apply to you.
Good selection here.

Installing Personal Web Server
http://coveryourasp.com/PWS.asp
This section concerns installing Microsoft's Personal Web Server (PWS)
4.0 on Windows 98 SE, since that's the system I had available to
install and test on. PWS is also available for Windows 95 and NT.
Note: If you are running Windows 2000 or Windows XP Professional you
should install IIS instead of PWS.
Start > Help and support , type in iis & press Enter .
If you are using XP Home Edition, read this.
