How can I check to make sure a perl script is
working through internet explorer browswer on windows 2000.

Step by Step guide would be very helpful and very much appreciated.

You can run Perl cgi scripts within IIS using (.reg) Registry configuration,
or within Apache (for windows) using (conf) configuration files.
