Hey folks,
Just was wondering if someone could give me some step-by-step instructions
for making a template that embeds a web page hosted on a site?

Does that makes sense?!

Hee's the thing: I am receiving more and more emails that are just web pages
linked to a site and would like to do something of my own. I've got the basic
idea, I just don't know the procedure both in Outlook and what I would do (if
anything) on the hosted site end.

Thanks.

Don't do it. Newer versions of Outlook won't display such embedded content,
and neither will other mail clients concerned about security.

No kidding? That's discouraging.

Sue - Nevertheless I would like to try this with my group anyway. We do a
lot of target marketing so, based on the distribution lists we may actually
have some success with it. Not sure but, it could also be something we use to
send internally through our intranet.

That said, any chance you could help me out? Much appreciated. Thanks.

No, I can't help. Showing content from a live web site would require use of
an <iframe> tag, which Outlook has blocked in HTML messages ever since it
was shown how potentially dangerous it is.

OK. What's the alternative?
