If you mean you cannot do it through a network, you might want to try the
networking board. That said, if you do mean connect through a network, did
you run the XP Network Setup wizard on all machines and were you sure to
turn off all firewalls, antivirus and any other security on all systems
during setup.
Also, if you are using a hub or a router, during the setup wizard there's a
question about how you connect to the Internet, an incorrect response will
prevent network connection. In most cases, the correct response is
"Gateway."
