Homer Simpson Smiley

I used to be able to save and copy streaming Smileys, like Homer Simpson or
Bart Simpson, but haven't been able to embed the stream into my Outlook 2007.
Any suggestions?

Suggestion: Forget it. It is a large(All smiley's)Security risk and Outlook 2007 will not let you because of that reason
