Homepage wont change ?? :(

My home page on i.e 6.0 was changed by a website and wont
revert back to my old page no matter how many times i
reset it, it just goes back to this site. how do i remove
it permanently?? any help would be appreciated, thank you!

I'm having a similar if not the same problem and more.

In addition to the home page, links and favorites are
added to my menus and toolbar. DOes anyone know how to
get rid of these problems? Thanks.
