homepage resets

When i reboot my machine i get a globefinder.cc instead
of msn. I have looked at the regedit but am unsure what
the default pages should be to reset them. The default
page, search page, search bar, search page and start page
are all set to:

http://out.true-counter%
2e%63%6f%6d/%61/?%38%34%30%38%32%38

I have never altered my registy and odn't want to mess it
up. I have been unable to determine what the default
setting for these is within the microsoft site.
