homepage hijacked : (

i need help..first...i am new to the computer world so
excuse my niavity.i believe i have been hit by the
homepage hijacker..i have been reading the newsgrous for
about a week and from what i've sounds like i got
hijacked...i am running mcafee virus detect which came
with my XPhome program...also purchased and
downloaded...AND ran Spyhunter ( spyboy s&d )i found many
parasites and hijcks...dont know what to do
next...iremoved them butt they come back after i shut off
puter then go back on next time...help please!! thank u
