homebuilt PC won't let XP Home install, what's missing?

I try to install XP Home and it seems to work until I reboot the computer.
Then I have to install all over again and it continues to ask BOOT FROM CD. I
have tried using the 6 XP Home floppy with no further luck. Do I need to
install something else? This is a problem with 2 PC's that I have built.

Re-check the BIOS settings and disable a Boot sector protection. RTFM.
