home page shaded out on internet properties

no virus or worm detected run tight ship but still can not change. When i open IE it still goes to my home page of MSN.com any help out there

Some of the anti-spyware programs allow you to lock the home page to
protect it from being hijacked. Spybot Search and Destroy is one program
that does this but there are others. When you want to change the page, you
need to open that program and remove the lock. Then use Internet Options to
change the page.
