home page settings taken over by hackers

Some program has taken over my Internet Options Home page
setting. The buttons are greyed out and the home page was
set to http://www.whatsfind.com/page.html.
How can I regain access to my home page settings again?

By running programs such as adaware and spybot to clean the scum ware out of
your computer, and making changes in your security settings to keep them
from downloading in the first place.

Ad-aware here: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/

Once you have things cleaned out, post back for how to change security
settings.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
