Home page settings change

It looks as though some one has infected me with a virus that keeps changing
my Default Home Page setting in IE6 to http://t.rack.cc/hp.php. I constantly
change this setting and have removed all hits in the registry but it
continually returns. I* have my Norton AntiVirus updates up to date and
have scanned my PC. Ever hear of this? What can I do to get rid of this?
 
Most annoying is it not? And I have second page which
creeps in with 'cool-search' in it.

You may be more literate than I am but I went to
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article # 320159

and I even did the clean boot as recommended

which is the identical hyperlink as above but with
#310353 on it at the end. Now............I am not very
good, but I acheived nothing. Prehaps you'll have more
luck!
