Home page sets to "searchv"

Hi all:

Whenever i launch internet explorer, my homepage comes up
as "searchv.com"...
I can change my homepage to whatever i want in "Tools",
etc....but whenever i shut down & reboot the
system, "searchv.com" comes back...
it seems to be writing a script in my internet startup or
somewhere
it resets only when i reboot
i can change my homepage to "yahoo" or whatever, i can
close out of internet explorer & then go back into it
& "Yahoo" will still be my homepage
BUT if i reboot, it goes back to "searchv.com"

Anyone know how to figure out what's going on here?

download adaware do a search and also update you av software. You have a
home page hijacker on your system. they can be tough to get rid of!
