home page question

Ever time I reboot my computer I get the following
website to come up as my home page:
http://approvedlinks.com/main/hp.htm
I reset it using tools internet options but it keeps
coming back.
Can anyone help me with this?

Are you using IE Doctor or similar utility. These programs prevent changes
to the Home page. Disable IE Doctor, change Home Page...enable IE Doctor.

Colin,
I am using pcillin 2003. I have tried everything.
Evan now when I reset my homepage it sometimes shoots me
to pornography sites. I am afraid to have my kids use
the computer. I do not not what to try next.
