home page default problem

Recently I must have picked up some auto-set default for my home page. When I set my home page to the site I want in the control panel option it works. But when I log off and log back on, my home page that I set changes and defaults continuously to the other page and in control panel the button "use current" is never live...only the default button or :use blank"

Any suggestions?

You have malware that has hijacked your home page.

For an explanation of malware:

Download the utility CWshredder:

Unzip - close *all* instances of IE & OE, hit the executable and
follow
the prompts.

produces so experts tell you what is good and what is malware


Try downloading, installing and updating the
spyware removers from the links below. Run both of them.

If these don't correct the problem, then get yourself a copy of
BHODemon, available at
http://www.definitivesolutions.com/bhodemon.htm .

It does not need installing - simply unzip and run the EXE program. It
is easy to use. It will find the hijackware DLL files, and give you
the ability to disable them.

Run Spybot and Adaware programs to remove any bugs that may be causing this.
