Clarification please. How do you connect to the Internet? Does your
computer have a network card?

I connect by way of a SBC 2-Wire DSL Wireless Network Modem. I have a
wireless network card. There are two computers in the house. One is not
working. I was thinking that if I created a Home Network that I can link to
the other computer and get it to boot into windows. It is a HP 532w and it
says that the file NTLDR is not found. I made the error of using my XP Home
CD to try and fix some corrupt files instead of the recovery system on the
HP drive. The HP did not come with a recovery disk and HP no longer carry
the disk .

I don't think you could network to another machine if it won't even boot
up. Perhaps you can find a Recovery Kit for that Pavilion on Ebay or
somewhere similar. It might not help much if there is a problem with it's
harddrive however.

I'm not really clear on what you mean by wanting to delete your network
however. Perhaps someone in the microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web
newsgroup will understand if you repost your question there.
