Home network

When I try to set up a home network between my Gateway 2.66ghz (XP
Home) and an old Pentium 200mhz computer(ME). I get message "Spooler
Subsystem has encountered a problem and needs to close.When I close
error window ,message says "Cannot complete the network setup wizard.
Does anyone have any ideas how to coorect .
