Is it impossible to enable XP home edition for remote
assistance. I know its not easy like 'pro'. Is there a
download that can do it?

No, but there are 3rd party programs that have similar functionality. See
http://www.realvnc.com/ for a free one. Also, PC Anywhere (not free) is
good.

What do you mean by "impossible"? The remote assistance feature works just
fine in XP Home; I've used it many times.
