home and delete keys nor working word 2003

I use Word 2003, whilst typing (touchtyping) I must have corrupted the use
of the home and delete keys which do not now work, but in word only, they
still work perfectly in other applications.

I cant highlight a paragraph and delete or from the end of a paragraph
return to the beginning using the home key

Help please
 
Hi Aylis,

Go to Tools > Options > General >General options, and untick the two
WordPerfect options if they are ticked.

perfectly again. can't see where to 'rate' but 10 out of 10 thanks
