Holidays in Public Folder calendars

I know about using the Add Holidays for normal Pirvate calendars, but is
there any way to add and update holidays for Public folder calendars??

Display your calendar folder in a list view, categories working best for
this. Ensure you have Author rights to the public calendar. Select the
Holidays category and drag them to the public calendar folder.
