I am using windows mail and my ISP is Charter. Is it possible to hold my
mail on the server after it is down loaded and if so where do I find the
setting. Thanks

You can set WM to leave a copy of each message on the server so that you can
get mail to other machines.
Tools>accounts>select account>properties>advanced tab.
Also select and set a sensible number of days to delete messages from the
server, to prevent the server mail box from filling up.
Do the above on all machines, but only set the delete option on one of
them.
