Hoiw to print DCX files in Windows XP

I receive downloaded Fax files in "dcx" Format. In
Windows XP I cannot find a tool to view and print such
files. Opening the file with "Windows Bild- und
Faxanzeige" shows 'no preview'. Imaging (from Win95) does
not setup properly on XP. What to do?
