In the HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE under the software tab, I cannot delete altnet folder or dashboard folder inside the altnet folder in windows xp registry. Anyone know how, Alnet is spyware?

Right-click on the key you want to delete, click on permissions, and
allow yourself total control, permission to read, and special permits.
Then you will be able to delete it.

It sounds like alnet may have set some ACLs (security permissions) on those
registry keys.

I tried the spyware and it wont touch it. I dont know what else to do. I've tried all the suggestions already.
