After I downloaded recent Windows and Office updates, when I now start up my
computer, I always get an error message regarding the hkcmd module. It says
something like there was an error starting the program and it has to shut
down, and then gives me the option to send or not to send an error report to
Microsoft. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? I have Windows XP
and Microsoft Office Professional. Thank you!

Hi,

Reinstall and/or update your keyboard drivers.

Were they updates you needed? Or did you simply download/install them
without knowing if you needed them or not?
