Although this was a hoax and it did not need to be deleted, its not a very
important file unless you do Java development (programming.) The article
gives instructions on how to replace it if you really want to... the
recommended way was to reinstall the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine, but
this is no longer available for Windows XP due to legal disputes between
Microsoft and Sun Microsystems (see the link in the article above.)
