History file - how to correct?

When I press on the History icon the web apges I visited are indicated. For
Example it will indicate HOME BUYING GUIDE as a visited site. The when I
click on this I get the error message "Windows cannot find
'mindspring.com@http://homebuyingguide.com'. Mindspring.com is my ISP
provider. Http://www.homebuyingguide is the correct address for Home Buying
Guide. How do I eliminate the mindspring.com@ form being inserted when IE
saves the web site in the History folder?

Right click any history entry and select properties. Does the mindspring@
portion appear there at the 'internet address' section?
