hijacked home page

my home page has been hijacked by mk:MSITStore:C\spe\start.chm::/start.html#
It is a really obnoxious porno page that is virtually impossible to get rid
of. I have spybot, the latest adaware, macafee, etc and nothing seems to
help. It also seems to be slowing down all other operations. Any ideas??
