Help for God's Sake . . .

My home page "default" has been hijacked for a second time by web site
ilookup.com! My home page WILL NOT stay after I change it . . .
1)How do you change the home page default?
2)How can we stop our IE browser form gettting hijacked by web sites?
Also, along with the above, I have 4 new favorites that CANNOT be deleted
from the favorites list and continue to reappear after deleting . . .somehow
linked to the hijacking. . .

Any help would be appreciated

Browser hijacker parasite:

Dealing with Unwanted Spyware, Parasites, Toolbars and Search Engines

Ad-Aware is a good remover of these nasties and use the online update to get
the latest reference file before running.

Get and update SpyBot Search and Destroy through its online update function.

Get a good HOSTS file to stop theses nasties.

SpywareBlaster also stops these nasties.

Keep these things up to date as new nasties come along just like
viruses/worms.

In addition to the great advice from YoKenny, you should also stop using
your real email address in newsgroup posts. That just tells hijackers and
spammers how to get to your system.
