Highlighting or changing text color?

Is there a way to highlight or change the text color for messages in your
Inbox? I have so many emails that I have to save but I need to go back and
occassionally refer to them and it would be much easier to find them if I can
change the color of the text I view in my Inbox. Is this possible?

Not that I'm aware of. It would be much easier to move those messages
out of your Inbox and into another folder that you create. The Inbox
should not be used to warehouse messages that you want to keep,
anyway.
